Georgia took the last photo. Then she took a bunch more. THEN she decided that SHE wanted a DSLR for herself, because it is "so much better than the littler cameras."
That is the last time I let her play with my DSLR. At least until she gets older. The light was really gorgeous and we took some awesome photos out by the river that day. I stuck them up on my other blog, here (cute pix of the kid), and here.
Anyway, I'm knitting away on Georgia's sweater. Got both sleeves done and started on the body this morning. I will hopefully have it done by the end of November.
I will eventually have pictures. The sweater is very pink, and the Briar Rose is, as always, a dream to knit with. I don't know why I don't buy from them when it isn't Rhinebeck, but I should. They're just great. As always, I am not being paid to shill for Briar Rose, but it sure would be nice. I would totally take yarn as payment. Hint, hint.
wha????? other blog??? how do I not know this?
ReplyDeleteshouldn't have spilled it...you know I'll be all over it!!! hahahhaha
Your SIL is a very lucky girl! And G is a very good photographer, I can understand her :-) But again, it is an expensive toy. Thank you for offering translation help my friend :-) I know some PS, enough to use the program, but since I have a huge lack of patience I seldom use my knowledge :-)
ReplyDeleteI love how you got glass beach in the background. Just plain beautiful!
